The Seafood Chef Restaurant has amazing $12 all-you-can-eat lunch buffet (which features an expanded menu selections and offerings). The Seafood Chef has also established daily cuisine themes for their lunch buffet, which features different ethnic foods. Monday features Korean flavorful dishes; On Tuesday, you can experience favorite Chinese with Dim sum plates; Wednesday spins out a variety of tasteful Japanese Sushi’s; Thursday’s showcase Chamorro & Thai cuisines; and Friday has a combination of Chamorro/ Filipino favorites.
Lunch is served daily from 11am-2pm, and dinner is served from 6pm-9:30pm.
